except where
allowed specifically by contract.

Services from WeatherMaster are
internet-based, and since the internet is unstable by nature, subscriber
waives ALL RIGHTS to legal action toward WeatherMaster, its parent
company, its employees, or other companies that contract to use our
services.

It is up to YOU, to verify that
ANY of our services
are compatible with your carrier/internet services.
If you use a "spam monitoring vendor", or other
like systems, it is up to YOU, to ensure that we can send alerts to your
e-mail system. WeatherMaster assumes NO liability of
non-compatibility of services.

If alerts (messages) are
repeatedly returned,
for whatever reason, WeatherMaster has the right to terminate its
services at any time, and without notice. Decisions regarding all
WeatherMaster services are arbitrary, and final. If the user has signed
up for ANY premium services, all fees are forfeited and non-returnable.

WeatherMaster WILL NOT be held
liable for non-delivered, misdirected, or non-directed text messages or e-mail.

Users should be aware that text
messaging may not be reliable for severe weather notifications.
Therefore, we suggest that you check with your carrier about delay times
of such text messages. WeatherMaster will not be held liable for delays
in its transmission of its weather products.

Users are advised that information
obtained from WeatherMaster, will be considered as a SECONDARY SOURCE,
and should not be used for decision making purposes, particularly where human
life, or property damage could occur.

WeatherMaster makes no claims of
accuracy in its reports, nor implies any warranty in its services.
Therefore, WeatherMaster assumes NO legal liability in its services.

When signing up for text messaging
alerts, user agrees to pay ANY text messaging charges levied by their
wireless carrier (if applicable).

WeatherMaster obtains
its information from the National Weather Service. Information obtained
from WeatherMaster may or may not be updated on a timely or regular
basis due to factors beyond WeatherMaster's control. Users hereby waive
all liability toward WeatherMaster because of any delays.

This site complies with all
directives by the Department of Homeland Security, so users are advised
their usage of WeatherMaster will be monitored, and any violation
of ANY law concerning its use, will be reported to the proper law
enforcement authorities.

Users
are advised that it could take up to 24 hours before your account is
activated.

All data obtained from
users (whether free, individual or commercial accounts) become the
property of WeatherMaster. Data shall not be transmitted to a third
party without approval of users.

For
commercial users, if you use a signup page
of your own
design,
it is up to you that it is secure from spammers. If "spam" is received,
only one change of configuration will be allowed. Further receiving of
"spam" or other unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE) will be grounds of
termination of services. All fees are thereby forfeited and are not
returnable.

Regarding premium services, it is the responsibility of the user to
notify WeatherMaster of any change in weather alert status (changing
e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or carriers, etc.). Failure to do so
could result in termination of alert services. WeatherMaster assumes no
liability in this regard. All fees paid for premium services are not
returnable.

WeatherMaster reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and without explanation or
notice.

Subscribers
and/or users agree to any future
changes to this policy at any time, without notice.
